Fix Plumbing & Drains

They missed an appointment which led to a leaking water heater turning into a burst. They completely disregarded the appointment and had an attitude like they could literally care less after the fact. As a result, the whole floor and many of my personal belongings were destroyed. Not to mention, significant damage to the house which is still being uncovered as we speak and will likely be around 100k. Very rude, unprofessional, unable to communicate and keep appointments. If you want your whole place flooded, this is definitely the plumber for you.

Ismael was FANTASTIC! My landlord called him to come fix my bathroom sink that was overflowing with what smelled like sewer. Ismael fixed it super fast, and ensured everything was cleaned up after he left. Unfortunately, he took out my old stopper in the sink, and I had just gotten it put in to match all my other sinks. I only found out when he left. My landlord called him back, and he came today to replace the stopper with a new one to match all my others!!! Thank you SO much for all you do!

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Would hire these guys for any plumbing job, very hard workers who are very honest. Mario and his crew were top tier

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving.
